I’m Matt Ward from Breakthrough Champion, and this is conversations with Einstein. You know Einstein once said:
“strive not to be a success but rather to be of value”
You know value is the biggest key in business ownership when you extend an offer to a customer, they need to see value in what it is you offer… but it doesn’t just end there. You have got to over deliver. Every time you have an interaction with your customer or your client they are expecting to have a certain level of service but it’s when you over deliver that you impress. That’s the key. If you want to continue to grow your business through referrals and gain a business that thrives without ownership there every single day and every moment of the day and being the sole decision maker all the time at the business then you’ve got to over deliver as a function of your business. You need to train your team to do that so that they do it every single time.
