Are we doing what’s necessary to achieve our desired goals?

These are all questions that many small business owners are asking themselves as the annual clock strikes midnights and begins the new year on January 1!
I thought now would be a great time to give you a simple checklist to get your word of mouth referrals coming in on a more consistent basis!
Here are 3 things you can do today!
- Take the free caring assessment to see how you score. The questions will prompt you to think about something that you can improve in the new year.
- Reach out to 5 contacts this week, and chat with them about their past year. Be inquisitive. Ask questions that show you are interested in their business and the results that they achieved.
- Send a handwritten card to 5 people. Be gracious and show your gratitude for them being present in your life.
